The terms that govern your use of Snifflytics. Please read them carefully before using the service.
Last updated: May 21, 2026These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Snifflytics ("we", "us", "our") and govern your use of snifflytics.com and the related audit tools (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in with Google, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization.
Snifflytics is an AI-powered audit tool for Google Analytics 4 (GA4) properties. We read your GA4 configuration and report data through Google APIs, run a set of automated checks, and return a report with findings and recommendations.
The Service is provided as-is and we may add, change, or remove features at any time. Some features may be offered as part of paid plans; pricing and plan terms are described on our Pricing page and apply in addition to these Terms.

Snifflytics's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Our Privacy Policy explains the specific scopes we request and how we handle Google user data.
You retain all rights to the data in your Google Analytics properties. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and process that data solely to provide the Service to you — for example, to run audits, generate reports, and show those reports back to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to grant us access to the Google accounts and GA4 properties you connect, and for complying with any agreements you have with end users whose data is processed by those properties.
You can revoke our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
The Service, including its software, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by Snifflytics and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Audit reports we generate for you are provided to you for your internal business use. You may share them inside your organization and with your clients in the ordinary course of business; you may not resell them as a standalone product.
If you give us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that feedback to improve the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Audit findings, scores, and recommendations are generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not a substitute for professional judgement. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on them.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snifflytics and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, the above limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Snifflytics from any third-party claim, demand, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if continued use creates legal or security risk, or if we discontinue the Service.
Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the app. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
